Acceptable Use Policy
1. OntheNet Services must not be used or be allowed to be used to send or publish information which:
- breaches Copyright Regulations
- breaches State or Commonwealth laws
2. The Customer shall under no circumstances send bulk unsolicited mailings of any form as per relevant legislation and regulations.
3. OntheNet reserves the right to immediately disable and/or terminate any Service which breaches the above and/or:
- is in material breach of the terms and conditions,
- which interferes with or disrupts network users, other services or equipment,
- which has an adverse or undesirable affect upon OntheNet's network, at the discretion of OntheNet,
- when instructed to do so by a recognised legal authority or to comply with legislative or regulatory requirements,
- when served with a take down notice in accordance with Copyright Regulations,
- should the Customer resell the Service or engage in conduct which deems the customer to be a carriage service provider, or
- when OntheNet has reasonable grounds to believe illegal or fraudulent activity to be occurring.
4. OntheNet are not obliged to contact Customers to advise disablement and/or termination of Service/s under the circumstances outlined in this section.
