  1. Check the availability of the service via the OntheNet web site by clicking here. OntheNet currently offers Business Broadband nationally and Personal Broadband in Queensland (& northern NSW).
  2. Confirm there are no other incompatible services or hardware on the phone line being utilised for this service. Click here for a list of Telstra Products incompatible with ADSL.
  3. Ensure that each handset or phone device sharing the designated phone line has an inline line filter installed or ordered.
  4. Source the hardware to be used from OntheNet or your preferred hardware supplier. Check its suitability at the OntheNet web site before purchase.
