OntheNet are constantly seeking ways to improve our service. In October all ADSL and SHDSL Business Plan customers will gain another benefit by way of email notifications advising that 80% and 100% of plan quotas have been exceeded. Customers will not have to check online statistics as frequently to monitor usage. Customers who may have their network exploited will be aware sooner and customers whose usage grows suddenly will be more aware. A simple email notification is the customers prompt to visit your online statistics and review usage. It may be time to upgrade plans or investigate internal network usage. These reminders may even save a customer a second months excess charges if action is taken to change plans promptly.
