Please take the time to review the following reminders:

1) OntheNet will never request private information (such as passwords) via email or phone.
2) Do not disclose your personal or financial details over the phone unless you initiated the call or you are certain you are speaking with authorised personnel.
3) Do not respond to emails asking for disclosure of personal information.
4) If you receive a suspicious email please notify our Support team or forward the email to support@onthenet.com.au
