InContact	Credit Management product.
IPSTS (Mobile) Service	Service provided by Radio technology. No physical line.
IPSTS (Satellite) Auxiliary Service	Service provided by Satellite technology. No physical line.
ISDN (formerly OnRamp)	All ISDN Products eg, ISDN 2, ISDN Xpress, ISDN Home & ISDN Enhanced, D-Channel.
MessageBank Virtual	Messagebank Away / Call Manager / Executive (No Physical line required.)
Payphone	All Payphone Products.
Ported Local Number	Number ported to another Carrier.
Priority Assistance	Telephone service provided to Priority Customers (diagnosed with a life threatening medical condition) that are reliant on a fully operational telephone service.

Other ADSL services	These are not strictly incompatible. If there is already ADSL on a line, please contact OntheNet staff to discuss options to reduce your connection costs and downtime to joining OntheNet. In many cases other ADSL services can be transferred to OntheNet at a lower cost than a new install and offering minimum downtime (e.g. from BigPond ADSL). In a small number of cases these other services must first be cancelled before an order an proceed (e.g. Spectrum Sharing Service & some Telstra Business ADSL services). Please contact OntheNet staff before cancelling your existing service.
