The $69 upfront fee for a 1 month contract term is waived for existing customers that convert an OntheNet service to a Personal NBN Gold Coast plan.

Hardware pricing is discounted for 24 month contract term (as shown above). The discounted price is only available when hardware is ordered at the same time as the nbn^TM service. Standard pricing is $89 for TD-W9970 and $109 for VR1600v.
If the data allocation is exceeded the service will be shaped (slowed) to 1Mbps until the next billing anniversary date. While the service is shaped some applications may be unusable.
Downloads and uploads are counted towards the data allocation.

Cancellation of the service prior to the contract end date incurs a early termination fee of $160 or the balance of the total remaining monthly fees for the contract term, whichever is less. Relocation to another address is equivalent to cancellation and a new service. If the service is successfully relocated with OntheNet the early termination fee will be waived, provided the relocation occurs within 30 days. If the service is not relocated with OntheNet for any reason, including but not limited to, OntheNet being unable to deliver a service at a new location, any applicable early termination fee is payable in full.
All charges must be paid by automatic deduction from a valid credit card held on file. Monthly fees are payable in advance.
Hardware price includes configuration, delivery and manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty is provided as a consumer entitlement under the Competition and Consumer Act. The customer must ensure the hardware chosen is appropriate and adequate for the intended purpose.

For Premium Business ADSL the establishment fee is $99 for new services, relocations and transfers from another provider. For Business ADSL the establishment fee is $99 for new services and relocations, and if transferring ADSL from another provider the establishment fee is $39.

Only downloads are counted towards the data allocation. If the data allocation is exceeded an excess usage fee of $5.00/GB will apply.

Cancellation of the service prior to the contract end date incurs an early termination fee equal to the total of the remaining monthly access fees for the contract term. Relocation to another address or phone line is equivalent to cancellation and a new service.
