Most broadband services can be ordered online via our website. Existing customers can also order & modify some services via the OntheNet Toolbox, without the need to complete a form.

Below you will find forms for ordering and modifying other services with OntheNet. These forms can be filled in on your computer and then printed for signing. Once completed please scan and email or fax/post all pages to OntheNet.

Please contact our Sales Team if you need any assistance to submit an order.

  • To order a new service complete the Order Form for the type of service required.
  • The Order Forms are also used for relocating OntheNet services to a new address or telephone line.
  • To modify an existing service (eg change plan or add/remove options) complete the relevant Plan Change/Modification Form.
  • To change plan type (eg Business to Personal) complete the Plan Change Form for the type of plan you would like to change to.

We went with these guys a few months back and although we did have a error made on the type of account we were put on, I was impressed with the speed and proficiency with which it was rectified. I was with iiNet for 4 years before I change to On the Net. My experience with On the Net has been a pleasant one and to be able to talk to someone I can understand the language. I don’t have to wait half a day to talk to someone and I received emails or phone calls with updates. I can talk to the person I first started with and I don’t have to explain the whole story over again to someone new. I don’t receive emails with a survey to fill in every time I speak to someone from On the Net to tell them how good they are. IiNet offer you a Fetch set up box to sign up with them for NBN but this box doesn’t record or run back and when I looked at the shows I would never watch them. I was telling Ian how I miss my Tivo I could record and run back and he told me about another product I could buy, how much it was and where to buy it from. Now I call this excellent customer service it makes you feel like you are part of a family and not just a number in a company.read more

I have been enjoying NBN service with OntheNet for over ONE year now, and I am so satisfied with their service from administration to sales and technical. Everyone is so helpful and they deliver what they offer. As a very disgruntled Telstra customer, getting frustrated with them, who stuffed up any hope of ever getting NBN to my home, and even they couldn't find out why!!! This went on for one month!! I made a call to OntheNet to come on board with their service, and everything fell into place - within 10 days I was connected as was specified, and I was so impressed with the standard of professionalism shown from start to finish. I would not go anywhere else after OntheNet - I am so happy with this service. It is so refreshing to be able to talk to someone on Australian soil, and not overseas. My husband and I had been with Optus for years. My husband organised everything however when he died in December the treatment I received from Optus was not just incompetent across multiple teams it was disgusting. Every staff member I spoke with over a 2 month period asked me to put my husband on the phone. They cut our services twice without hooking me up and at a time where I needed to be connected. I couldn't work.OTN was recommended to me. I called them, spoke to Ian and he immediately started sorting everything out. I was connected within 48 hours including the delivery of the modem. He followed up a couple of weeks later and I explained I had unrelated IT problems. He sourced advice from their IT while I was on the phone. This is the sort of service people used to receive. Customer Service without a charge, surcharge, call transfers or queues for everything. I was very impressed and appreciative of the speed of connection and service. Superb NBN experience from first online chat with Ian(who then rang me because he wanted to explain things easier!!) to then nipping into their office(5 minutes away) due to hardware issue with Cisco SPA122 which plugs into back of router for VOIP and Legend Jamie took care of that in 5 minutes. I meet a lot of people in my job and I'm telling everyone about OTN including all my neighbours. Biggest draw is being able to speak with someone in Australia not Bombay!!! Their team is based in Robina, Gold Coast and you can always speak to a high level support technician whenever you need rather than the level 1 support people you always get when ringing other ISPs. I have now been an OntheNet customer for over 10 years and I can say without any hesitation they are what every ISP should strive to be. Their customer service is second to none and I have never felt so well looked after. Just recently we had NBN rollout in our area but due to a NBNco problem we had to wait months for our connection. The entire process was handled by OntheNet and their awesome provisioning team. Paul and the rest of the provisioning team really stepped up to make sure the process moved as quickly as possible. Being able to speak with a local team was the crucial difference as most ISPs would have had me speaking to a overseas call center. I am now the happy owner of blazing fast 100/40mbps internet which has been sensational. I can't recommend OntheNet enough, they know what customer service is and we as locals need to support companies like this. Well done team!read more

Have used them for about 5 years and can not fault. Their technician found a fault when I first connected that was inside my property and in my roof. Obviously it was a fault with my cabling and I fully expected it would cost me money to repair. Too my surprise the tech insisted on climbing into my roof again and fixed it free of charge..... On The Net went above and beyond good customer service for me and for that I will be staying with them for good.read more
