Personal Broadband Services
Our personal plans are intended for residential use but can also suit small businesses that have no complex networking requirements or internal servers.
Personal plans are available with ADSL2+, Naked DSL or nbn™ services and operate on a fixed price, variable speed principle, ensuring no excess data charges. If you exceed the data allocation your service is simply shaped (slowed) for the remainder of the month.

ADSL2+ business plans are available nationwide however our presence on the Gold Coast allows us to offer superior rates for services connected to key Gold Coast exchanges. Naked DSL services are only available on the Gold Coast in selected exchanges. Many businesses outgrow DSL, particularly those that are using cloud services, have remote users, or are sharing content on internal servers with other sites and find our Ethernet products more suitable. nbn™ services are available nationwide with coverage increasing as the rollout progresses. OntheNet is an nbn™ retail service provider certified to deliver nbn™ fixed line and fixed wireless services. Check availability.
Business Ethernet is a copper based product that is superior to DSL and available nationally. Coverage and speeds can be limited by copper availability and the distance from the exchange to your premises. This product is sometimes promoted by other providers as SHDSL, Mid-Band Ethernet, Ethernet over Copper (EoC) or Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM). Read more.
Premium Ethernet, typically delivered over Fibre, is available almost anywhere with build costs being integrated into the monthly fees in many cases. Read more.

This service caters to the demand for faster inter-office communications and the need to securely share data across those sites.
