The Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games will run 4 – 15 April, during which time the Gold Coast is anticipated to experience major traffic delays, congestion and road closures.
As a result of this, it is likely there will be some potential impacts to our customer services not only during the Games but also the weeks leading up to and after.
Delays and disruptions are expected to:
• Delivery of new connections and services
• Delivery of hardware to customer premises
• Field Technician callout appointments
• Access to OntheNet Data Centres and our offices in Varsity Lakes
We will remain open normal business hours throughout the Commonwealth Games, but limited staff will physically be at our Varsity Lakes office.
In an effort to continue to deliver ‘business as usual’ we have contingency plans in place, but your understanding and support is appreciated during this very busy, but exciting time for the Gold Coast.
