Usage Statistics

Usage statistics for Broadband services (ADSL, Ethernet etc) are available within the OntheNet Toolbox.

Quota Notifications

Where the chosen Broadband plan has a set data allocation OntheNet will send email notifications to the customer’s nominated contact once specific thresholds have been reached.

Personal plans: a notification is sent when 80% or 100% of the data allocation has been used. If the data allocation is exceeded the service will be shaped (slowed) during that period until the next billing anniversary date.

Business plans: a notification is sent when 60%, 80% or 100% of the data allocation has been used. If the monthly data allocation is exceeded excess usage charges will apply.

Call Records

Call records for VoIP services are available within the OntheNet Toolbox and show the date, time and cost of each call.

Notifications

Prepaid VoIP: When a credit top up is processed an email notification is sent to the nominated contact. Customers have the ability to turn the automatic top up off/on and change the top up amount via the OntheNet Toolbox.

Business VoIP: An email notification is sent to the customer’s nominated contact when total call charges for the current month reach $100, $200, $500 or $1000. Total call charges are calculated from the 1st of the month.

Usage statistics for the internet connection are available via our website at http://broadbandusage.onthenet.com.au. VStrata customers can also access these usage statistics via VPanel.
